Wilton Fondant is a product I started working with as a beginner and still use it to date. I would say without Wilton Fondant I would not be writing this article and would not be at this level in my cake profession. Wilton Fondant is great product to work with as it doesn’t dry out real fast like some other brands, while making decorations. I mostly use Wilton Fondant to make decorations, it holds up the shape properly. It saves lots of time instead of making homemade fondant, when time is limited.
You could color fondant of your choice, add flavoring, create marble effect or create a unique color of your choice. Wilton fondant does not bleed colors, readily available at stores like Wal-Mart, Michaels Art and Craft Store, Hobby-Lobby and Joann.
