White Lily Cake Flour

White Lily light for baking flour is made from 100% Soft Winter Wheat, enriched, bleached, and pre-sifted. White Lily All-Purpose Flour is extremely versatile and can be used for most baking projects including cakes, cookies, pie crusts, pancakes, brownies, muffins, scones and more.


I use White Lily flour for all my cakes from scratch; it is simple to substitute all-purpose flour to White Lily flour. I do not like to compromise my cake with using just all-purpose flour, as you can tell the difference just by looking at regular all-purpose flour and White Lily flour. I have been using White Lily flour for a long time even before I started baking cakes. Great way to buy is when the local grocery store has them at a reduced price and it comes in 2 lbs and 5 lbs bag. To store White Lily flour in an air-tight container and dry place in the pantry.
