Duncan Hines, Devil’s Food Cake Mix 1 Box (16.5 oz.), sifted
All-purpose flour 1 Cup, sifted
Granulated sugar 1 Cup
Salt ½ teaspoon
Egg Whites 4
Water 1 1/3 cups
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Daisy Sour Cream 1 container (8 oz.)
Vanilla Extract 2 Teaspoons
Step 1: Preheat oven at 325 degree F.
Step 2: Line the 2, 8 inches cake pans with parchment paper and spray with Baker’s Joy baking spray and set it aside.
Step 3: In a large bowl add the dry ingredients and mix well with spatula.
Step 4: Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 2-3 minutes until all the ingredients are incorporated well.
Step 5: Slowly pour the cake batter and tap to remove any air pockets.
Step 6: Bake cake for approximately 28-30 minutes until done.
Step 7: Remove from oven and cool cakes on cooling rack.
