- 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese (soften)
- 1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Step 1: In a stand mixer or hand-held mixer cream Philadelphia Cream Cheese for about 1 minute, until smooth.
Step 2: Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl and cream until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl if needed.
- Cream Cheese Icing is great with carrot and red velvet cake. Cream Cheese Icing is softer than most icing, so recommended to use right away to frost the cake.
- Substitute to low-fat or fat-free Cream Cheese who have cholesterol or heart problems.
